Dear Parents & Guardians,
This school year has been one of the most rewarding because of the wonderful students I teach. It has been a privilege and honor to work with these young people; our learning journey inspires me each day. Unfortunately I will need to be out of the classroom for an extended period. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. My prognosis is good. After my treatment, I plan on returning to the classroom. While I am away, your child will be in good hands and learning will continue. Both of my teammates, Gary Hessler and Sara Gregory, are helping with my team leader duties.
